After the entry, we ask for the music information you are using. You are free to add free music and sound effects to the assignment song to make it longer, or edit the assignment song to make it shorter. Cheer performances (cheerleading, cheer dance, POM, song reading, flag, baton)
* You can enter either fun performances for events or highly competitive performances.
If you are unsure whether the team's performance is suitable for the content, please contact the executive committee.
●Costume
A uniformed outfit. Uniforms do not have to be formal attire.
* Clothes which is safe enough to do the performance.
●Notes
・Fix the camera in front so that all the participants can be seen and the performance can be seen clearly.
*Zoom function cannot be used
・Shooting must be done horizontally with a smartphone or equivalent video camera.
*Shooting can be done indoors or outdoors.
・Be able to hear the performance song and shouts sufficiently
*If the sound is insufficient, we may ask you to resubmit.
📣 Terms of Participation
Before entering, please agree to the following items.
・The video will be posted on youtube (CheeRing channel). Please apply after agreeing with all participants.
・If there are minor participants, please be sure to apply with the consent of a guardian.
・Regarding videos and photos, permission to use media approved by the organizer. (In addition, even if it is published without permission in media not approved by the organizer, do not pursue responsibility to the organizer.)
・The entry fee will not be refunded under any circumstances after the entry is confirmed.
・If there are more participants than the number of entries, you will be asked to pay the difference.
・Depending on the number of entry teams, the event may be canceled. In that case, the participation fee will be fully refunded.
📣Examination criteria and results
・Cheer spirit, synchronicity, and technique will be carefully selected by staff (cheer dance instructors, experienced cheerleaders of professional sports teams, experienced cheerleaders and cheerleaders, etc.).
・Results are gathered on Youtube! We will announce it on CheeRing Channel.
・We will send the award certificate to the winning team by mail.

① Entry using the application form

② Transfer the participation fee within 1 week after application
*Entry will be accepted upon payment of the entry fee.
③Submit your team introduction video by July 31st
④Submission of performance videos by Sep 30th
*Videos and songs will be shared on Google Drive. Details on how to submit your video will be sent to you by email.
